Cancellation Policy

We provide a 24-hour window for all order cancellations. Our order processing time is 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that it can be canceled before it is processed.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wonedi.com and provide your order number and reason for cancellation. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is shipped. However, if your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may return the product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Please note that if you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.

Refund Process

If your order has not yet been shipped and you need to cancel, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. If your order has already been shipped, we will issue a refund once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
